RETURNS

To request a return, please inform Naturally Flawless Aesthetics within 14 days of delivery.

For a full refund, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original, fully resalable packaging (both inner and outer). Upon receiving and inspecting your returned order, we will send an update confirming whether your refund to the original payment method has been approved.

This does not impact your statutory rights.

Processing Fee
A £4 administration fee may be subtracted from your refund to help cover processing costs. We will waive this fee if:

• The item arrived damaged or faulty

• You received the wrong item

• Naturally Flawless Aesthetics is legally mandated to issue a full refund

Any applied fee will not exceed the actual administrative costs of processing your return.

Naturally Flawless Aesthetics is not responsible for the return postage costs if the reason for return is outside of the points listed above.

How to Return Your Order

If you’d like to return an item, just let Naturally Flawless Aesthetics know within 14 days of receiving your package. We will notify you of where you need to send your return order to.
