The majority of appointments are held at Naturally Flawless Aesthetics Clinic, based in Duffield Village, Derbyshire. Each month, on selected dates, clinics are held in Sheffield and Darley Abbey.

In consideration of all valued patients, the clinic maintains a deposit and cancellation policy. All treatments and consultations require a £50 booking fee. This booking fee is non-refundable but will be taken off the total cost of your treatment on the day.

If you have booked a consultation, the booking fee is redeemable against a treatment booked within the next 6 months.

Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the appointment time for the booking fee to be transferred to a new appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, the fee will be retained, and a new fee will be required to secure a new appointment. Clients who fail to attend an appointment with no prior notice, will lose their booking fee.

If you are a new client and have never had a consultation or treatment with Naturally Flawless Aesthetics and wish to book in for Botox for the first time or dissolving of filler; you will need to book in for an initial consultation first. If you book in for Botox and have never had a consultation or treatment, I will be unable to perform your treatment on the day and you will lose your deposit.

Once your treatment has been booked, you will receive medical forms via email. Please ensure you complete them ahead of your appointment. Please check your junk emails if you do not receive the forms to your main inbox.

Patients that are pregnant or breastfeeding are unable to have injectable treatments.
