Natalie Fletcher RM, BMedSci, MSc is the founder and Director of Naturally Flawless Aesthetics, a medical aesthetics clinic located in Duffield. However, there are a team of other wonderful people that you will find in the clinic. Meet them below.
NATALIE
Natalie is an NMC registered Midwife and Independent Prescriber. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science in 2009 and later achieved a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research, graduating with Distinction.
She is passionate about helping others feel great in the skin they are in and prides herself on giving every patient an exceptional service and experience.
MARIE
CLINIC MANAGER
Helping with everything from the day to day running of the clinic, answering emails, taking calls and booking appointments, to guiding you through your skincare routines and helping you choose the right products for you from our fantastic medical grade skincare ranges. Marie’s warmth, organisation and genuine care for our patients make her a valued member of the team.
If you think Marie looks familiar, it might be because she is also Natalie’s mum!
KATIE
Katie is an aesthetics nurse of 8 years. She specialises in antiwrinkle treatments, skin boosters, polynucleotides, and lip fillers.
With over 10 years of nursing experience, Katie shares our passion for natural enhancements using only the highest quality products, leaving you feeling beautifully refreshed.
LUCY
Lucy is our clinic Facialist she performs all of our facials, massage, SkinPen microneedling, exosomes, Morpheus8 Burst and Lumecca Peak treatments.
Lucy is passionate about providing her patients with the very best skincare and treatments, so you can rest assured you will be in safe hands.
