TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP & CANCELLATION

Your membership runs on a flexible, rolling monthly basis until cancelled. You may cancel your plan at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm your final billing date, any remaining appointments, and any applicable balance adjustment. We do not hide minimum commitment terms or automatic renewal conditions within general booking rules.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS & MISSED PAYMENTS

Membership perks, discounts, and complimentary treatments are non-transferable and exclusive to your personal account. No additional treatments are included unless explicitly stated in your individual membership schedule. If a monthly Direct Debit or card payment fails, we will notify you promptly and allow 14 days to update your billing details before non-essential membership perks are temporarily paused. Payment disputes will never affect your access to necessary post-treatment medical advice or complication management. Overdue balances will be explained clearly and will never incur unfair or disproportionate penalty fees.

PAUSING, ADJUSTMENTS AND TERMINATION

You may request to pause your membership for up to 3 months for personal, medical, or travel reasons by giving 14 days' written notice. We will confirm in writing how this affects your billing cycle and benefit schedule. If a planned treatment becomes clinically unsuitable for you, or if we are unable to deliver a scheduled service, we will offer a fair adjustment, an alternative treatment, or a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your payment. Any adjustments to membership fees or included perks require at least 30 days’ advance written notice, giving you time to cancel your plan before changes take effect. We will not retroactively revoke or reclaim past discounts if you decide to end your membership.

MONTHLY CREDIT SAVINGS PLANS

Under our Credit Membership options (The Flawless Edit, Flawless Signature, and Flawless Luxe), 100% of your recurring monthly payment builds as monetary credit in your clinic account to spend on eligible treatments and skincare products. This credit plan does not guarantee fixed treatment pricing, specific clinical outcomes, or guaranteed appointment slots. All promotional discounts and complimentary annual perks are separately detailed in your membership agreement.

MANAGING AND REDEEMING YOUR CREDIT

Every successful monthly payment is instantly credited to your patient account, and you may request an up-to-date balance statement at any time. Account credit can be redeemed against any clinically appropriate treatment or product at the current price listed at the time of booking. If your chosen service costs more than your accumulated credit, the remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment. Your credit balance is non-transferable, does not earn interest, and is not a bank deposit or financial savings product.

STOPPING PAYMENT & UNUSED CREDIT BALANCE

You may stop future monthly credit payments at any time by notifying us in writing, subject to standard 30-day processing times. Unspent monetary credit that you have paid into your account will remain available for future use or can be fully refunded upon request if you close your plan, less any legitimate outstanding fees owed to the clinic. Your paid monetary credit never expires, and there is no automatic forfeiture of saved funds when you leave. All approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Any promotional bonus credit gifted by the clinic is non-refundable, managed separately, and subject to its own specific terms.

FAIR USE OF COMPLIMENTARY PERKS

Complimentary perks and complimentary treatments (such as birthday facials, skin scans, or Dermalux LED sessions) are provided as rewards for active, ongoing membership.

• Qualifying Period: Complimentary annual perks are eligible for redemption after completing 3 consecutive monthly payments of your membership.

• Early Cancellation & Perks: If a membership is cancelled before completing a full 12-month cycle, and complimentary treatments have already been claimed during that period, Naturally Flawless Aesthetics reserves the right to deduct the standard, non-discounted retail value of those claimed perks from any remaining paid account credit balance, or issue an invoice for the difference prior to account closure.
