We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for our aesthetics treatment booking to ensure we can offer empty slots to patients on our waiting list. This also applies to our new Saturday aesthetics appointments too. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and your booking fee will be fully transferred to your new slot. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee being retained.
Is there a booking fee required to secure my aesthetics appointment?
Yes, all consultations and aesthetics treatments at our Derby clinic require a £50 booking fee to secure your time with our medical team. This fee is non-refundable but is fully deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. This booking fee applies to all treatments, whether they are booked on a weekend or weekday. If you attend an initial skin consultation, your fee is fully redeemable against any aesthetics treatment you book at our Derby clinic within the next six months.
Can I receive my aesthetics treatment on the same day as my first consultation?
If you are a new patient seeking wrinkle-relaxing injections (Botox) or filler dissolving, you must book an initial consultation first. Because these are prescription-only or highly specialised medical procedures, a separate clinical assessment is required. For other advanced aesthetics treatments, same-day appointments may be possible; please contact the clinic ahead of booking to discuss this with us.
